Welcome
I closed my account with a Liberty Mutual and they tried billing me for an extra month. I wouldn't pay so they sent a bill to collections, deliberately damaging my spotless credit. I have a contract proving I owed nothing and they are saying it was for past due. I don't think they should get away with these illegal practices. I have been to Magistrate Court and the Judge sided with Liberty Mutual. My evidence "A legally binding contract", There evidence "They didn't do anything wrong". I have filed an appeal and learning what to do next. Seems to me this is a legal issue as well. They had no intent on using the contract they sent me and it contradicts everything they did. Isn't that fraud? All of the attorney's I have talked to say it isn't, But... What is a contract given but never intended to fallow and a completely different bill to collections? In fact they say they don't know about the contract they sent me. I think that is fraud and should be dealt with.
